Alongside the launch of new design firm Piredda & Partners, the Italian yacht design studio has released its first flagship 110-metre design concept Now.

The superyacht concept Now is a reflection of what Creative Director Nicolò Piredda of Piredda & Partners says the future of yacht design will look like: “The upcoming years hold a new way to go through the design process where designers will reconsider volumes, heights, proportions, as well as a new way of living aboard and new flows while keeping functionality as first priority.”

In addition to her unique silhouette, Now features a 75 square-metre amidships theatre, a full-beam arcade, a helipad that doubles as a basketball court and an entire deck designated as the “party deck.”

The resultant design, superyacht Now, imagines the future of yachting through the use of an altered volume alignment and 15.6-metre beam, allowing for the creation of a private owner’s deck and crew quarter located on the bridge deck. The superyacht’s exterior is characterised by sporty lines and a low silhouette due to the unique superstructure that connects each of the three decks with continuous arcs enclosed with glass.

Her 4,135 GT interior volume includes a grand saloon with double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views.

Now can host as many as 18 guests across on board. Accommodations consist of a private owner’s deck, four VIP staterooms and four guest cabins. She can also host as many as 41 crew to take care of the guests on board.
